RESTON, VIRGINIA — Leidos Inc.won a $27.2 million contract modification to build cruise missiles for U.S. Special Operations Command on July 8, 2026.
The Reston, Virginia, company received the fixed-price incentive contract modification for the procurement of All Up Rounds tied to the AGM-190A Small Cruise Missile program (see war.gov). The award supports U.S. Special Operations Command and its operational readiness. Fiscal 2025 procurement funds of $548,665 and fiscal 2026 procurement funds of $23.7 million will be obligated at the time of award.
The work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 26, 2029 (see war.gov). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. U.S. Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.
