SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA — The Navy has awarded Patriot Global Lodging LLC a $9 million contract to house crews working on a submarine overhaul on July 9, 2026.

Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by August 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $8.8 million (97%) will be obligated at time of award; fiscal 2027 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $260,365 (3%) will be obligated at the time of delivery order, of which all will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with nine offers received. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, is the contracting activity (N39040-26-C-3065).”
