The Department of Health and Human Services launched a portal for whistleblowers to file complaints regarding the chemical and surgical mutilation of children. 59. The Department of Justice ended its prosecution of a whistleblower sounding the alarm over transgender procedures at a Texas children’s hospital. 60. The Department of Health and Human Services issued a proposed rule clarifying that gender dysphoria is not a disability under key federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act. 61. The Department of Health and Human Services rescinded Biden-era guidance on “gender-affirming care.” 62. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission rescinded Biden-era guidance to ensure that actions such as “misgendering” do not constitute harassment. 63. The Federal Trade Commission held a workshop on “The Dangers of “Gender-Affirming Care” for Minors.” 64.
