Known globally as “The Paekakariki Express,” Cullen’s selection celebrates his electrifying pace, remarkable vision, and ability to turn defense into devastating attack.
Cullen lit up Super Rugby from 1996 to 2003, primarily with the Hurricanes, becoming one of the most exciting and feared players in the competition’s history.
