Chugach Pacific Services LLC won a $29.8 million contract to support five Missile Defense Agency sites across Guam on July 9, 2026.
The Anchorage, Alaska, firm received a noncompetitive firm-fixed-price award valued at $29.8 million (see war.gov). Under the contract, the company will field office space, latrines, hazardous material lockers, power generation, fuels management, communication support, solid waste management, material handling equipment, operations and maintenance, custodial services, grounds and pest management, and logistics support. The work provides infrastructure and personnel support that keeps the sites operating through 2031 (see war.gov).
Contract line item numbers X001, X002, X005, and X006 cover installation and maintenance of latrines and office spaces, while X003 covers material handling equipment and its operations and maintenance. Line item X007 covers climate-controlled storage, X008 and X009 cover Port-a-Johns, and line item 0010 covers transition. The work will run at Andersen Air Force Base, Naval Base Guam, and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz from July 2026 through August 2031.
