SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA — Small Business Consulting Corp.has secured a $19.3 million Air Force award for airman readiness technology on July 8, 2026.

“Small Business Consulting Corp., Shreveport, Louisiana, has been awarded a maximum $19.3 million Small Business Innovation Research Phase III award for commercial engagement for Airman Readiness Enterprise Solution platform integration. This contract provides comprehensive data engineering analytics and program management. Work will be performed at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be completed by July 21, 2031. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $933,718; and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $378,500, are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8730-26-C-B004).”
