Hutchinson Industries Receives Record $191.6 Million Army Contract for Wheel and Tire Assemblies

TRENTON, NEW JERSEY — Hutchinson Industries Inc., the Trenton, New Jersey manufacturer of engineered mobility parts for military vehicles, received a maximum $191.6 million Army contract for wheel and tire assemblies, its largest ever, as announced on war.gov.

The five-year, firm-fixed-price requirements contract carries no option periods and ends Aug. 2, 2031, the Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support in Warren, Michigan said in the award notice. The competitive acquisition drew fourteen responses and draws on fiscal 2026 through 2031 Army working capital funds.

Hutchinson Industries is the premier manufacturer of engineered mobility components for vehicles within the defense, security and commercial industries, according to hutchinsoninc.com. It is the company’s first Department of Defense contract in 2026 and the 21st such award in New Jersey this year.
