Trump endorses Andy Biggs for governor of Arizona

Trump gave his “complete and total endorsement” to the sitting congressman, calling him outstanding and praising his record as an attorney and state legislator.

WASHINGTON D.C. — Donald Trump endorsed Andy Biggs for governor of Arizona on a Truth Social post on July 10, 2026 at 1:30 PM EST.

Trump described Andy Biggs as a “highly respected” congressman and praised a career that spans multiple levels of government. Biggs served as a state representative and state senator in Arizona before winning election to the U.S. House of Representatives, where he currently serves.

The endorsement outlined a broad policy platform Trump said Biggs would pursue as governor. The priorities listed included economic growth, tax and regulation cuts, promoting domestic manufacturing, energy production, border security, law enforcement, military and veterans support, election integrity and Second Amendment protections.

Trump called the endorsement his “complete and total” backing and declared Biggs would “never let you down,” language he has used in past high-profile endorsements. Arizona remains a competitive battleground state that Trump has claimed he “won BIG.” The endorsement adds the Arizona gubernatorial race to a growing list of elections where Trump has weighed in; in the last 30 days, 90 of 502 Trump posts addressed the topic of elections, reflecting the volume of electoral activity on his Truth Social account.
