HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA — Yorktown Systems Group Inc., a Huntsville, Alabama, defense services firm, was awarded a $51.6 million contract to train cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

The firm-fixed-price award covers Warfighter Training Support Services and runs through Aug. 2, 2031, with all work performed at the academy in Colorado, as announced on war.gov. The Air Force received 12 offers in a competitive acquisition and obligated $3.5 million in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
