Trump Claims Democrats Push “Fake Polls” to Depress Republican Turnout
Trump says on Truth Social that Democrats are running “Demoralization Operations” with fake polls, insists the real numbers are strong and claims wins over rivals including Iran.
WASHINGTON D.C. — Donald Trump accused Democrats of flooding the country with Fake Polls meant to keep Republican voters home. Trump made the claim in a post on Truth Social, calling the surveys “Demoralization Operations.”
Here is the full post on truthsocial: “The Radical Left Democrats are going CRAZY with Fake Polls. They’re putting them out at levels never seen before. They’re called, “Demoralization Operations,” where they try to demoralize Republicans so that they don’t go out and vote — But the actual Polls are tremendous, and the Spirit in our Country has never been higher. We’re winning against EVERYONE, including Iran, whose Country is in Economic and Military Death Spiral. Thank you for your attention to this matter! Trump” on August 24, 2026 at 12:10 PM ET.
